Post Your Thoughts on the Survivor Series
With the big PPV over please post your thoughts on this year's Survivor Series
Here are the results..
Five-on-five Survivor Series Elimination Match
Team Michaels (Shawn Michaels, Rey Mysterio, Cryme Tyme (JTG and Shad), and The Great Khali) vs. Team JBL (John "Bradshaw" Layfield, Kane, Montel Vontavious Porter, John Morrison and The Miz)
A very nice opener match which had the crowd going nuts by the end with the biggest pops going to HBK and Mysterio. An exceptional end with a countout on JBL and then the pin on Morrison who tried to pull out HBK's own move "sweet chin music" only to have it done on him
Survivors: Shawn Michaels, Rey Mysterio, The Great Khali
Five-on-Five Divas Survivor Series Elimination Match
Team Raw (Beth Phoenix, Mickie James, Kelly Kelly, Candice Michelle, and Jillian Hall) vs. Team SmackDown (Michelle McCool, Victoria, Maria, Maryse, and Natalya)
Horrible, horrible match! The only somewhat interesting thing about it is the so-called "shoot" fight between McCool and Maryse.. but that got really Boring fast! And that's simply because Maryse is really, really bad (and not in a good way too)! The sad thing is you can tell a few of the Divas thought they were using technical moves but what they did didn't flow right like a perfectly timed choreographed dance (it was the opposite of what Shelton Benjamin does in his sleep). Meh. Why the WWE bothers with "Divas" instead of Female Wrestlers who are also Hot is beyond me. hmm
Survivor: Beth Phoenix (sweet)
Casket match
The Undertaker vs. The Big Show
This match started off great. I loved it when Undertaker jumped onto the Big Show while he was lying on a table and it snapped in half. That was awesome! But the match slowed down alot after that point. It got better at the end where Big Show was thrown into an up right Coffin but other than that this match was a little disapointing
Winner: The Undertaker (and I really hope this feud's over now)
Five-on-Five Survivor Series Elimination Match
Team Batista (Batista, CM Punk, Kofi Kingston, Matt Hardy and R-Truth) vs. Team Orton (Randy Orton, Shelton Benjamin, William Regal, Cody Rhodes and Mark Henry)
The Best Match of the Night bar none! This was a very solid match from start to end. Even when the big guys got in the ring it didn't slow down much at all. Punk had a quick win against Reagal which I thought was hilarious, Shelton was perfect in his matchups against R Truth and Kofi, and the end had a predictable feel to it with Batista outnumbered but the way they finished this match was even better
Survivors: Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes
Triple Threat match for the WWE Championship
Triple H (c) vs Vladimir Kozlov vs. Jeff Hardy
Rumours were rampant that Jeff was taken out of this match because he was found unconscious in his room and in fact it was announced that he would not be involved. Matt later explained what had happened to his brother Jeff. Was it Drugs? The answer was no. He'd been attacked. hmm. This smelled instantly of a "work"
During the match between Triple P and Kozlov it didn't surprise me at all that the first and only "Boring" chants for a match got going. Not even the Diva's match got this kind of response and I'll have to admit it was up until the very last minute when Vickie came out to announce a third compeditor that the crowd and I could recover from being bored out of our brains. No, it wasn't Jeff but someone we didn't expect to see who was the 3rd man. It was, in fact, a really skinny guy who looked alot like Mike Knox. You might have heard of him.. Edge or something :p I guess Edge found a way back from Hell when the Undertaker sent him there in their last match. Go figure!
Anyway, the Ultimate Opportunist pinned an already useless Triple P who could only lose after being attacked by 3 other guys. hmm. Oh yeah, Jeff came out and attacked Edge so I guess that explains the earlier attack on him. "Work", indeed and I knew it all along!!! muahaha
Winner: Edge (huh? Where'd he come from.. oh yeah, that's right! Hell, of course.. duh)
Singles match for the World Heavyweight Championship
Chris Jericho (c) vs. John Cena
Y2J and Cena pulled out all the stops in this very good match-up of Mind vs Strength
Cena toyed with his "ring rust" for the majority of the match but magically overcame his "fears" and prevailed with a final FU for the win. Very nice!
Winner: John Cena
Highlights
Two title changes! That was really unexpected and awesome at the same time, definitely Team Orton vs Team Batista, and Team Michaels vs Team JBL
So are you happy with the winners? What matches did you like? What matches didn't you like? What stood out the most as the best match to you and who was best wrestler?
Regards, Cliff

1) I couldn't care less about the divas match but I think RAW is a better group of "wrestlers".
2) I think the second elimination match between Batista and Orton will go to Team Orton. It will likely come down to Batista and Punk against Orton with him cheating in some way to win.
3) The team Michaels match storyline is kind of rushed and makes no real sense, however I think team Michaels is going to win. because as long as he still kisses vince's ass he won't have to job to one of the top heels in the company.
4) I am not shocked that Jeff Hardy was passed out this morning in his hotel because if you've done "something" once you can do it a million times over
5) In regards to the match it will likely end up being Kozlov vs. Triple H. and as long as Hunter is still married to Stephanie he won't have to worry about putting someone over on one of the biggest nights of the year.
6) The Undertaker will win. I don't really like casket matches but he always wins.
7) I think that the WWE will know it looks bad if they shamelessly put the title on Cena so soon. And maybe a little bit of a spoiler (On raw there will be a triple threat match for the world heavyweight championship with jericho/cena/batista)
8) Therefore, i believe that Jericho will win based on accidental interference from Batista.
9) I really like Jericho, he has more star power than Cena and Batista. he wont keep the title because he's not vince's puppet champion like cena.
this is a good ppv! a must watch!
My predictions of Awesomeness!
1) Who cares about Divas! lets hope they get stripped!
2) Team Michaels
3) Triple H AGAIN!
4) Team Orton! Orton never loses at Survivor Series!
5) John Cena will beat Y2J!
6) The Undertaker will beat Big Show, only to have Kane interfere after the match!
