Account Suspended, Action against WWE
Hi all,
Just moments ago I checked my account for any new channel/video comments when I was surprised to find that my YouTube Account had been suspended - I suspect for repeated copyright infringement. In response, I'll be issuing a counter-DMCA claim against World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc for the video deemed copyright-infringing (my ass it was and talk about old, it was flibbin ages ago, WM24 for godsake. errr. Vid in question below)

By issuing the counter-DMCA this will, I hope, restore my account because I'm not reuploading all those vids again and going down without a fight baby! We all worked bloody hard to get the lostinz account going dammit
Moving on, I'll be including a further counter-DMCA for my "BL Predictions (2 of 2)" video which was taken down some time ago by said company above

Will you still be posting videos cliff?
Firstly.. cliff is cool aka michael is cool (did I miss another one or two?) I'd like to thank you for heeding our advice when, at the time, we joked about our account being removed off of YouTube and tried to promote this blog in case that happened (lolz) so thank you for doing that!
I never thought it would come to this but WWE have forced my hand and I won't go down so easily like so many others have before. Hopefully, this stand of mine will help others to fight back too
Anyways and oh yeah, back on topic.. at this point I'm a little peeved at the WWE so I'm going to take some time off (which could be days or a bit over a week but probably not much longer than that)
When I'm ready I'll post the remaining BTB videos I have here (which is really slow for uploading and encoding) for the fans out there. Perhaps my YT account will be restored by then
In any case, I'll more than likely be posting a few OTC episodes on this whole issue here first so stay tuned for that

Also, one of my goals in all this is to inform others of the process for filing a counter-DMCA notification and let them know what steps to take after their videos have been removed from YouTube due to a copyright infringement claim
